Booking a phone appointment
To book a phone appointment with your pediatrician, please contact the Children’s Health Clinic booking line at 403-955-1077 ext. 2. Not all concerns can be addressed by phone. You may be advised that a clinic visit is necessary.
The pediatricians call from a blocked caller ID. Please ensure that the phone number your provide does not block this type of call.
You will be provided with a 2 hour window of when to expect the physician’s call.
During your phone appointment
During your call, please ensure that there is minimal external noise.
Younger patients do not necessarily have to be present for the call. It is often helpful for older patients to be present.
Please have your pharmacy information (name, location and phone number) available.
If you miss the physician’s call, please contact the clinic reception desk at 403-955-1077 ext. 0 to reschedule.
After your phone appointment
The pediatrician will ask you to call clinic at 403-955-1077 ext 2, to book your follow up appointment.
